An Atlanta-based wine and spirits executive, Kari Carlos serves as a vice president with Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC). As such, she has held a wide variety of leadership responsibilities with RNDC’s on-premise fine wine and spirits teams. Moreover, Kari Carlos maintains her status as a Certified Specialist of Wine and has received the Wine & Spirit Education Trust’s Level 2 qualification.

From 2011 to 2015, Ms. Carlos focused on brand and business development as a vice president at Winesource International (which was rebranded as Pacific Highway Wines & Spirits during her time there). Her efforts broadened the company’s presence as a nationwide importer and supplier of quality international products. Chakras Wines from Argentina and Luna Nuda Wines from Italy are among the brands she successfully introduced into the domestic market.

Ms. Carlos maintains an industry leadership presence that includes serving on the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America Women’s Leadership Council. Active with the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Atlanta, she serves on the Board of Focus, a nonprofit that seeks to enhance the quality of life for children with disabilities.
